Sloane Nilsen

Sloane Nilsen received his BA in History and European Studies at the College of William and Mary in 2017 and MLitt in Transnational, Global and Spatial History at the University of St Andrews in 2018. His research focuses on the cultural history of the Second World War, especially in relation to the production of art under Nazi occupation, in addition to the memory cultures of the war and Holocaust in Western and Central Europe. He is an avid reader, inexperienced hiker, and in the humblest sense of the term, coffee connoisseur.
