Juno Adams

Raised between Paris and New York in a bohemian environment, Juno developed an early love for culture, travel and exploration. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Sarah Lawrence College, where – in true liberal arts fashion – she followed courses in theater, languages, history and literature. While studying abroad in Havana and Berlin, her interests expanded to include the social sciences.

After graduating in 2020, Juno taught in New York before feeling a pull back to Europe. There she worked as an English teacher in Andalucía and later in Paris. She is thrilled to embark on this next chapter at Columbia, and looks forward to delving into the vibrant world of salons as sociocultural hubs – spaces of sociability, gossip and performance.
